RE_PLAY is a danced solo with the technology as a witness. It is the re-enactment of real memories - selected from Ranieri’s personal digital archive of the last two years - and virtual ones - those created specifically for the stage.

Through the use of staged technology, Ranieri plays between autobiography and fake, real and virtual, mirrored by the stage devices (mac and video projections) and embodied by the performer's body.

In RE_PLAY technology is not only voyeurism and hedonism but also a potential external gaze able to suggest a conscious distancing from oneself.
