PRESS “Giacomo’s research places the body at the centre, as a living archive and an intelligent device capable of inhabiting matter as an evolving form of art, conceived as an expanded, critical and conceptual temporal space.” — Ahmet Öğüt, Berlin University of the Arts “Experimental artist. His language explores the body through a process of self-investigation that examines human creativity.” — Sir Wayne McGregor, La Biennale di Venezia “The qualities of a young yet already recognised talent such as De Luca’s multidisciplinary practice — originating from the same land that gave birth to Carmelo Bene — emerge above all from his training, firmly grounded in discipline and in the excellence of an educational tradition that has shaped both body and spirit at the prestigious Accademia Teatro alla Scala. This rigorous formation, combined with a perfectionist and determined nature, allows De Luca to continuously develop through encounters with leading figures, international institutions active in theatre-dance and performance.” — Floriana Conte, University of Foggia
