Branco Atlante is a theatre-performance collective formed by four Dramaturg sharing the desire to explore the concept of writing as a broad territory full of diversity and possibilities. Founded during a Master in “International Dramaturg” at Emilia Romagna Teatro Foundation (ERT) in 2019, the collective is based in Italy and performs in Europe. Branco Atlante considers the audience as a community and invites it to re-explore known sites with unused eyes through a wide range of languages (reading, physical performance, game theatre, visual arts, dance, installations etc.). Branco Atlante works and collaborates with theatres, museums, artistic institutions and production centers in Italy and Europe. It also directs artistic projects and theatre, performative and writing workshops.
