Co-artistic director and founder
(Genova, Italy)

Jessica was born and raised in Italy. She took her dance training in "Modem Codici Gestuali of Compagnia Zappalà Danza" in Scenario Pubblico-International Choreographic Center of Sicily. While there, she did an internship in Compagnia Petrillo Danza directed by Loris Petrillo and later joined Compagnia Petranura Danza directed by Salvatore Romania and Laura Odierna. Jessica received a scholarship to join the intensive program for contemporary dancers “Nod” in Turin, and took part, as a performer, in Festival Biennale of Venice. She was part of the acclaimed production of "Requiem for Aleppo" choreographed by Jason Mabana, at Sadler’s Wells Theatre of London, followed by an European tour. Jessica recently joined the young Belgian company, Zemiata, directed by Youri De Gussem.
Jessica is also developing her own work. She created a dance piece called "È Vietato il Gioco Della Palla" supported by Ursino Buskers Festival of Catania. Outside of My Homeless Love.Jessica also teaches with Eddie Oroyan around Europe and the United States their empathic partnering class called OUIJA

Eddie Bruno Oroyan
Co-artistic director and founder
(Hawaii, United States)

Eddie, born in Hawaii, performed with Ultima Vez for nearly six years, having toured and performed primarily with What the Body Does not Remember and In Spite of Wishing and Wanting. He is currently working with Emmanuel Gat (since 2017) and touring TEN WORKS and STORY WATER. His experience also spans Creach/Company, Shapiro & Smith, ARENA Dances, Zenon, Andrea Miller, and Roberto Olivan. He was a founding mover and continues as an Artistic Associate for company Black Label Movement. Eddie has had collaborative works presented at American Dance Festival 2014 (w/ Carl Flink) and Zürich Tanzt 2015 (w/ Rakesh Sukesh). He presented a solo in 2016 at P12 Space in Brussels and premiered a duet with Natalia Pieczuro at Dag van de Dans 2017. In February 2018, Eddie was part of The Guest Project in Thessaloniki in co-creation of a new trio.
Eddie is also teaching extensively the practice he continues to research and develop, Animal Mindfulness. After an injury in late 2014, Oroyan began a practice of meditation and observation. Animal Mindfulness came through his search for balance. His performing and studies have long included animal reflex training and proper response, but his new practice has and continues to teach him curiosity and awareness of the more subtle and delicate, the empathetic. After returning to performing and teaching, Oroyan is moved to explore and share these discoveries through the stage and classroom. More recently, with Jessica Eirado Enes, he has been developing an empathic partnering class they are calling OUIJA.

My Homeless Lover born from the meeting of the two in 2017. They perform the premiere of their first show "Pasta e Lava", during Festival Resistere e Creare of Genova in November 2018.
